چکیده
The tunnel-following nonlinear model predictive control (NMPC) scheme allows to exploit acceptable deviations around a path reference. This is done by using convex-over-nonlinear functions as objective and constraints in the underlying optimal problem (OCP). structure exploited algorithms such generalized Gauss-Newton (GGN) method or sequential convex quadratic programming (SCQP) reduce computational complexity of OCP solution. However, modeling effort engineering time required implement these methods high. We address reducing implementation SCQP, focusing on standard (SQP) where symbolic linearization applied part constraints. novelty this letter twofold. Coordination of two robot manipulators based on position measurements only
In this note we propose a controller that solves the problem of coordination of two (or more) robots, under a master-slave scheme, in the case when only position measurements are available. The controller consists of a feedback control law, and two nonlinear observers. It is shown that the controller yields ultimate uniformly boundedness of the closed loop errors, and a relation between this bo...
متن کاملA Method for Solving Convex Quadratic Programming Problems Based on Differential-algebraic equations
In this paper, a new model based on differential-algebraic equations(DAEs) for solving convex quadratic programming(CQP) problems is proposed. It is proved that the new approach is guaranteed to generate optimal solutions for this class of optimization problems. This paper also shows that the conventional interior point methods for solving (CQP) problems can be viewed as a special case of the n...
متن کاملDesign of an Adaptive Fuzzy Estimator for Force/Position Tracking in Robot Manipulators
This paper presents a stable new algorithm for force/position control in robot manipulators. In this algorithm, position vectors are measured by sensors and then used in the control law. Since using force sensor has some issues such as high costs and technical problems, an approach is presented to overcome these issues. In this respect, force sensor is replaced by an adaptive fuzzy estimator to...
متن کاملLifted Convex Quadratic Programming
Symmetry is the essential element of lifted inference that has recently demonstrated the possibility to perform very efficient inference in highly-connected, but symmetric probabilistic models models. This raises the question, whether this holds for optimisation problems in general. Here we show that for a large class of optimisation methods this is actually the case. More precisely, we introdu...
متن کاملStabilized Sequential Quadratic Programming
Recently, Wright proposed a stabilized sequential quadratic programming algorithm for inequality constrained optimization. Assuming the Mangasarian-Fromovitz constraint qualification and the existence of a strictly positive multiplier (but possibly dependent constraint gradients), he proved a local quadratic convergence result. In this paper, we establish quadratic convergence in cases where bo...
